Auto-Livery is a next-gen delivery solution focused on efficiency, flexibility, and high margins. Built on Ford’s commercial vehicle expertise, it addresses rising labor costs, streamlines logistics, and meets the demand for smoother, customer-friendly services. Auto-Livery improves delivery accuracy, reduces lost packages, and optimizes public space, paving the way for future mobility.

Initially a top concept in Ford’s internal competition, it later matured and was showcased at international events like the 2017 Mobile World Congress, where it was voted the best automotive application. The project garnered numerous accolades and significant media attention. As the project owner, I was selected to conduct a business case study on the concept at Aachen University Business School in Germany, later sharing the insights with Ford’s global teams.
